Not bad going iburst......

Where is Isabel Jones nowadays?

She seems to have lost her teeth these days.

The biggest problem with the iburst contract is the cursed DEBIT order since that really screws the customer and put him/her at their mercy.

Pity such a useless greedy criminal company got hold of the iburst system as basically it's a very good system, but it will die in SA sooner or later because of "that" company unless a reputable company takes it over. (NOT vodacom)

You're totally right. If they had any kind of trust in their customer base, they would simply allow people to EFT the money across every month. 99% their customer problems appear to be as a result of their tardy accounts department. And 99% of those problems are because of incorrect debit orders. It would save them SO, SO much hassle to simply trust their customers and allow EFT payments. Failure to pay = suspended account. Other ISPs seem to think this is a good idea. I wonder why?

That way, they won't get even a fraction of the problems that will inevitably turn that company to dust. Such a shame too. Their technology is really good. Whoever decided to mandate that company's policy of mandatory debit orders should go back to school and get some real qualifications in business. Running a business isn't so easy is it but the mistakes that iBurst continue to make says one thing to me: n00b

I hope Mr iBust.CEO is watching Hellopeter because that graph is looking more and more frightening.

You reckon they will overtake Telkom soon? :D

But, yes, if I was the CEO, I would've been deeply concerned by that... but for me it seems that there's a "I don't care" attitude...

They better not overtake telkom as then they'll really be in trouble since they only have a "drop" of customers compared to telkom's "ocean".

But I bet if you work it out percentage wise they will be way ahead of telkom.
