So the last week my connection has been horrendous, speed at 50kbps and ping timouts.
After numerous calls to the technical department everytime it is just escalated with no result, until today where a very helpfull tech said he found the problem.
My coverage has dropped, so after I check the coverage myself it seems I am not covered by prime anymore.
How on earth does this happen?
