Not covered anymore

So the last week my connection has been horrendous, speed at 50kbps and ping timouts.
After numerous calls to the technical department everytime it is just escalated with no result, until today where a very helpfull tech said he found the problem.
My coverage has dropped, so after I check the coverage myself it seems I am not covered by prime anymore.

How on earth does this happen?

They have your money so they don't care anymore, aimed the tower in another direction to get new customers



Well anyway, Neotel is making far more mistakes that one would expect such a major new company to make.

I checked coverage yesterday for my area which was good for prime, today I went agina to order and suddenly there is no coverage for prime anymore. WTF do they have a roving tower which moves arround
