Not getting my 30 GIGS local from Open Web ?

Last month I was cut off from my local only account pretty early in the month. I thought it was way too early as my downloads had been very very slow. I didn't pursue it at the time as I just moved over to my second account.

I did try it again later in the month I confirmed that I could not connect.

Now this month the same thing seems to be happening and I have only used 12.3 GIGS.

My current http://users.isdsl.net stats.

May 2007 - 12653.12 MB

Where is my 30 GIGS ???

Clearly there is a problem with this account.

Please email me your username, and I will assign you a new account for the rest of June, with a fresh 30GB bandwidth count.
