I signed up for I-burst with expectations i.e service, service, service! The last week has been the worst since December. No real connectivity at all - and a new call centre answering serice with no technical option, and when you do finally get through, some quasi sales person telling me that the engineers have gone to Uunet to check on the problem. Hello disneyworld.
 
Yeah, no matter where you are or what unique problems your tower might have thats the line they always seem to give.

Thier support people are retarded, theres no other way to put it.
