Not impressed with neotel

wooooow, I phone neotel a couple of times. and they all sound confused about their own products, wtf?
I want prices on fibre, and they end up giving me numbers of people in the wimax department, looks like neotel don't know that they have fibre faster then 15mbps, uncool,

and they don't have sales people either in this sales department, this is where Internet Solutions are smiling all the way, with their OK service on the phone and with their 2.3 times more expensive rates on stuff

Well I contacted them the other day (a week ago) about internet access in my area, and I just asked for someone to help me out with business internet access. If I recall I just contacted the Cape Town retail store off their website. Some guy then took my details and mailed me, and then I returned the mail with my address and GPS coordinates. They then take about 72 hours for their guys to do a check on what is possible.
For us, we are unfortunately 2Km away from the fibre and also out of wireless/wimax range. So hopefully you have better luck.
