The days of my life!
So after waaaaaaiitnggggg 10 days for a port to be active and completed (FNB to VC), My wife's SIM card 069 xxxxxxx is not receiving SMS.
SIM is in a iPhone 6.
Sent R5.00 air time to SIM, no SMS to confirm air time is load, check balance on *111# R5.00 show added.
Tried to spoke 135 Vodacom customer service, but this RUDE dude Tobi keeps interfering to give his 5 gigabits of unless info.
Beside the staff are not any better (in porting process one agent 006 told me a can't port from FNB connect cause my money is link to my SIM)
Back to the story on hand, I can't send to from my number 064 xxx xxxx (also on VC), get sending failed.
So if there is anyone clued up with Vodacom systems and is able to help I would be most greatful?
This might restore my faith in Vodacom after not using the network for 10 years.
