Not Recieving SMS'

Hi Guys so recently I noticed that my phone is no longer receiving any sms' however it sends all of mine correctly.

Are there any quick fixes I can try at home before taking my Phone in (Possibly my sim card erroring and not my phone?)

PM sent btw, can confirm that I'm still not recieving any sms' tried calling 808 but alas it was allready past 5 when I did

Did you test your Sim in another handset as yet, as I recommended?

i have the exact opposite my n8 will not send sms on mtn pay as you go, it says it has sent it but they are never recieved, put th esim in my new phone and the smsiz are recieved, i have the correct message centre nr, have phoned them three times and they cant help, i had vodacom pay as you go before and everything worked fine, ive factory reset my phone and its still buggered
