Not showing 5G / Vodacom roaming

I am using the Samsung S21 Ultra 5G, we have been told that we should enable data roaming.
I have done this, shouldnt I see 5G or at least VC as my network then?
Would appreciate some advice / input.
Power saving disabled, 5G network selected but still no 5G / VC network showing.

Are you on contract with Cell C? If yes, then the switchover should have been completed for contract customers by now in which case the roaming would be seamless and will display Cell C even though it is roaming on Vodacom. You don't have to enable roaming anymore, this was just while the switch was happening. And with regards to 5G, as far as I know the roaming agreement between Cell C and Vodacom is just for 2G, 3G and 4G so unless the agreement was changed to include 5G, coverage is also very limited so you will have to be well inside a coverage area

If you're with Cell C, you won't get access to Vodacom's 5G service as Cell C doesn't have a 5G roaming agreement with Vodacom or MTN.

5G also does not work on Cellc prepaid roaming on MTN. When I insert a MTN sim I get full 5G bars with over 500Mbps speedtest. Such a pity. Cellc have spectrum, they could at least have negotiated 5G roaming rights... Sigh.
