Note 3 and Gear special

I got the Note 3 and Gear special at the VC shop in Bayside on the 18th of last month.
They didnt have stock of the Gear at the time, but said they will have it at the end of the month.

Its now 12 days past that date and they cannot even give me an answer as to what colours will be available.
At what point do I start losing my sht?

How can they possibly be running the special if no one knows when, where or what stock they're getting?
I think the thing that really chaps my khaki's is the careless shrug from the people at the Vodastore. I realize they don't know, but someone Must know what they've ordered and when they're expecting to get it.

If they have a back order for it already on the system ... 2 - 3 days. Stock needs to be scanned in @ JHB warehosue and then dispatched to where you are. You are looking at early next week. But if they dont have a order placed they wont get.

They swore blind they would have it for me by the middle of this week. No call, nothing. When I phone them now they still swear there is no stock.
Yet the autopage store in the same centre has stock on vodacom and they can supply me now.
