Note 4 boot loop

How do I fix a boot loop on a Note 4?

It's new and running stock KK, I was adding the Google account and it rebooted and started the loop.

I tried power buttom, up volume key and home. Factory formatted but still the issue persists.

It came right after keeping the battery out for 10 minutes

My S4 used to do this. Turned out it was due to my SD card.
