Note 9 Bluetooth headset and Whatsapp call

Good day,

I have a Galaxy Note 9 and a SkullCandy Jibb bluetooth headset. The headset connects perfectly with the phone and works well for voice calls and music. I cannot make Whatsapp calls throught the bluetooth headset though.
Any advice on this? Maybe settings that needs to be changed?

Any advice will be highly appreciated.

Try checking if there's a firmware update for the headphones. I think it's a headset issue rather than a WhatsApp one
