Note II Rooting and Roms, please help

I am currently using a Note 2 (GT-N7100) and would like to get help on rooting it and also links to custom roms. I used to have an iPhone 4S jailbroken and I used to enjoy it . Now I am giving Android a try, so far so good, but would like to root (jailbreak).
