NOTEPAD popup virus

Anyone had this virus before? Pops up lots of notepad windows when upon login, and created a file called PUKKA.EXE and URL List.HTM.EXE in the root of any drive. Needless to day, I was not surprised when Symantec did not pick up this virus.

Well AVG and Trend clears this with no problems, but now we are running Symantec.
