Novatel card installtion problem

Hi, Can anyone help me, I recently got a HSDPA card from Vodacom, the Novatel one. It works fine on my laptop, but on my PC I get a "Code 10" error in the device manager under the USB section "NEC PCI to USB controller". Any ideas?

I saw that but wasn't sure whether is applied to the U740 card?? See product affected.

it seems to be a windows usb driver issue. maybe it's worth a shot

Unplugged my card and re-inserted it again, it seemed to solve the problem.
