I have a Dell Latitude D630, running Window XP ser pack 3, the internal 3G card is disabled, my Laptop will not recognise my Novatel MC950D at all, I tested other Modems in my laptop and they all work fine, I also tested the Novatel MC950D modem on other Laptops and it also works fine, I have upgraded my drivers, Bios, chipset from Dell, I have tried all the variations of Modem software Vodacom has to offer but still nothing works. Please Help?
