Novus increases Mustek share offer to TRP-ordered amount
Novus Holdings has entered into a settlement agreement with Mustek regarding its proposed acquisition of the company, increasing its offer price to Mustek shareholders to R15.41 per share.
In an announcement on Tuesday, 26 May 2026, Novus revealed the companies had jointly submitted an application to the Takeover Special Committee (TSC) to make the settlement an official order.
