Go look for business accounts. That will suit your needs but i am not sure about your pocket .

Go with openweb's uncapped 24/7 for 2499. I don't there is any limitation on that account.

Sadly dude this is SA not the UK or some asian country. You want 24/7 pirating you must pay. If you want to pirate a little bit then you get the cheap stuff .
