I'm writing this to say that I'm finally happy with WebAfrica. My story is as follows:
We were a FrogFoot client who got migrated over from September. At first, we had some hiccups with WA, as things got moved over or changed and so on. Constant issues with the ancient Jaywalk mail server was probably the worst of it.
However, with help from the project manager Roxanne, and some time spent calling the help line, we've come to the stage where everything is under control and working well. I've even finally gotten access to the control panel for our domain, and for the first time in ages, I actually feel in control.
Our ADSL access has worked flawlessly since the switch over, barring SAIX issues of course.
All in all, I consider the school to be a satisfied client now, and we hope that WA keeps up the good work. Hopefully we'll never need to go through another move to another ISP again.
