If... but only if, Telkom are smart, they would have a guy or two hanging around on this forum, interacting with the people and ground zero, as well as following up for users, on calls logged on progress of installations, kinda like a "key accounts manager" for myadsl, but hey thats just me and telkom arent smart...

the rumour mill has always maintained there is some telkom employees floating around, hidden from the public. Kei seemed to know more than most on this.

But yeah the problem, as other companies who have tried this is that at the end of the day the person from that companie becomes a public dumping ground and generally is expected to work miracles. If I was a telkom employee there is zero chance in hell I would take the job you suggest of hanging around these forums, generally waiting for the abuse to fly at me all day everyday.
