Hi all
I'm really at my wits end here, not sure if anybody has a number or email that I can send to as all other phonecalls and mails have gone unanswered!
I applied for a new phone line/ADSL line at the beginning of May. I was given the order number 14-472592.
Initially I was told the installation was going to take 21 days which I accepted however when the time came I was informed it would only be on June 17, a month later than the initial date! I was told it was because of a lack of lines which I had no choice but to accept. During follow up calls I was told that the update to the infrastructure was going to be completed on June 17.
Last Sunday was June 17 and I received no calls from an installation technician and I followed up with a call a few days later. I was told that the infrastructure was still not in place and that they can't give me an idea when the line will be available. I escalated it and they gave me a ref number.
I phoned again this morning and was told by the operator that somebody lied to me because the "project" hadn't even been started yet and they couldn't have given me an escalation number! I mean WTF? I got a number from them (438318). Now I don't know what to do. All I want to know is, is it going to take 6 months? a year?
Sorry for the rant guys...any ideas?
