I have opened an US PSN account.

I use a US paypal account to add funds to the wallet via a web browser on the PC and then complete the purchases on the console. The paypal account then charges my South African credit card directly

Ah okay. I have a cheapcode account. Haven't used in a while though.

I got excited when I saw the GTA V deal, but only noticed on a second glance that it is a PS3 deal.

I will keep my eye on the US store a bit more.
