The stream adjusts to your available bandwidth, so no buffering. When the speed is good, you get crystal clear HD quality, when bad, its still watchable, but no buffering.
Sling is nowhere as good as NowTV for me. The stream stutters and stops quite often and the quality never reaches the quality of NowTV. However, NowTV is awesome for sports (Skysports F1, cricket, rugby, soccer etc) but Sling has a truckload of channels like HGTV, History, Food Network, Fox Sports, NBC Sports etc.
