My last post related to my failures to connect to the senctech wireless.After calling the nowire help desk on their after hours support number , I was told that someone cracked/hacked into one of boxes and some accounts were compromised.The support guy then told me my password had now been reset to a 5 digit number and I should use that(or phone during officehours to change it).
Surely , Nowire knew that they had reset passwords and obviously we(the users) would not be able to connect , but they just didnt have the decency to call and inform clients...just that.I guess its all to do with saving money at all cost, right?
