NTT Data selling 7 data centres

The Competition Commission has conditionally approved Mauritius-based Open Access Data Centres (OADC) buying seven data centres from NTT Data in South Africa.

The commission's view is that the proposed transaction was unlikely to substantially lessen or prevent competition in any market.
