ntv.mx hd channels wont play - server time out

signed up for the sport hd package only to find out that none of the hd channels work. - through xbmc and their website.

get a server timed out message.

E-mail them and let them know what streams aren't working. I also don't expect a service like this to be very reliable, it is also just a matter of time before they get closed down.

Do our ISP's treat streaming from sites like ntv.mx as a download protocol or streaming protocol (like Youtube)

Are the two protocols any different?

Reason I ask is I can watch 1080p youtube clips without issues at all.

You cannot compare it to YouTube. YouTube uses local caching servers which most ISP also give priority.

Sent them an email. Got a reply stating that there technical problems with certain HD channels. Customers will be refunded accordingly.

Should be sorted by month end.
