I go no problem about being nude in public but I think most are just show offs - no way I'm going to dangle when its cold.

Being nude in an open pool at a resort is one thing, but last thing I want to see is nudist old grandpa or grandma bend over in front of me to pick up their keys they just dropped.

... unless theyre at an open pool or a resort?

Keep your bits hidden people, for the sake of all of us that DONT want to see your junk.

How does a country's laws accommodate this.

Yes, where are these laws requiring children to wear clothing at all times. What's really irritating is how long the kid takes to dry after his bath.
