Afaik, no. They don’t exist anymore. As to similar service....there has been some Company working on this/already offering a similar service - Cannot remember.

Yes, PayVPN was the service that NukeCap offered, and it died with NukeCap.
 
apparently ODS has a gaming proxy.... if it still works apart from appearing on their website - who knows

there was talks of openweb maybe brining out a VPN, but that seems a gonner too
