Hi,

I urgently need some advice with a problem that started yesterday morning, hope someone can help.

Whenever someone tries to call our CEO (yes, him of all people) on his mobile phone they get a message saying “The number you have dialed is incorrect, please check the number and dial again.”. After explaining our problem to Nashua’s Help desk they instructed us to use “##002#” and then “**004*+27821383xxxxxxx#”, this apparently deactivates and reactivates call diverting. It solved the problem for about 10 minutes after which it came back, redoing everything gave the same results. They then instructed us to cancel all call diverts via the phone’s settings and that didn’t work either, they have now completely removed voicemail (don’t ask because I don’t know why) and the problem was solved last night, this morning it’s back.

Some useful information;

It’s a Vodacom contract (ported from MTN last year).
The mobile phone is a Nokia E71.
We’re a corporate customer with Nashua Mobile.

I don’t know what else to do, Nashua just says they are working on it. :confused:

You've been a victim of a Ponzi scheme. Your CEO is probably sipping some fine wine on a boat in Panama.

I wish, he is waiting at the airport furiously mad with steam blowing out everywhere.
