So I bought Nutella for the 1st time the other day, so I had it on toast the same way I have peanut butter, margarine + Nutella on each slice. It actually pretty tasty but my god is it sweet. it's at least 5 times sweeter than peanut butter. It's primarly targeted at kids but how the hell are these kids not bouncing off walls when they have it for lunch?

Tiny amounts of it?

I've seen that some people take the nearly empty jar and add in vanilla ice cream etc

Scooped out of the jar while I'm driving home from the shops going nom, nom, nom.

We've been having it........ on bread, on pancakes, eaten with a spoon, on muffins, on cakes, etc.

You should eat nutella and peanut butter together

lol my 3 year old specifically asks for Nutella (Actually she calls it the new peanut butter) without margarine.
Its quite tasty and saves me from digging around in the fridge wondering what i can put on her bread every morning.

Sugar rush is a myth - kids do not bounce off walls unless you throw them.

But anyway, my kids go through a jar a week, well thats the limit we impose on them else they would go through one a day. They eat it anything.

Because sugar does not cause hyperactivity. That is a myth.
