Got a Nutribullet Pro a few months ago. Sometimes the blade + container wouldn't go down into the unit (feels like the round piece on the underside of the blade that interlocks with the spinny part on the motor is rotated just a bit too much to prevent them interlocking). It did this very regularly so requested a swap via yuppie chef. No problem, got sent a new unit. And now the same thing. Regularly doesn't go down and I need to rotate it a bit.

Is this normal? Because it's kind of annoying and this same thing on two units now. Not sure whether to return for a third unit or email Nutribullet directly to see if issue with batch of units or whether this is normal behavior. Kak if it is.

Sounds like heat damage from overworking the device, in your evidently relentless quest to try and get rid of all traces of the bodily remains.

No more space left in the garden. Not sure what else to do.

Are you turning the unit on and then dropping it in so it starts immediately?

This always seems like a brilliant way to strip it’s gears or motor.

Put the container in and mount properly then push the button on the side. Don’t just pull it out while it’s busy to stop it either, push the button and lift it when it’s stopped.

But I also don’t understand what the concern is about about rotating it slightly. Of course you are going to need to do a little bit of lining up otherwise it would be way too loose in fitting and strip itself almost instantly.

Are you saying that you sometimes need to wiggle it a bit before you can push it down to start?

There's no button. It goes on automatically once the jug is turned into place.

Yeah. Pretty much. It's just a bit annoying trying to push it down and it won't go down unless removed and wiggled. Trying to figure out if this is normal.

Hmm that’s kak and would kind of explain it.

My RX has a power button on the side.
