Nothing. But I don't really feel like shipping it - you may as well just buy it there then. Anybody locally that wants it is welcome to have it.

Haven't taken it yet and even when I do I'll need a few weeks to gauge anything. There's plenty other forums where nootropics are discussed in-depth.

Diet & exercise. Don't even think about anything else until you've spent time on those things. Build a good foundation and get to the fancy trimmings later.

How am I supposed to grow if I don't take in enough protein? Right now I can only do 15kg dumbbells... I cant go higher.. been like that all year.

I am 1,73m and 70kg... I am noticing a bit of a boep developing.
