Nvidia and LCD display - never the same

I am using a LCD tv hooked to my pc via composite output.HDMI ports on Sinotek LCD no signal.Problem to get LCD to now work with HDTV. Everytime you start up it has different setting. Then full screen, then small block in middle of LCD-then full screen with no mouse on tv Nvidia 7600GT driver 169.21 seems to have will of its own? Any assistance on this

You can try using the NVidia Control Panel, under "Manage custom resolutions" create a custom resolution associated with the LCD TV and select advanced.
Input your TVs specs, test and save.
