Nvidia Kernel Error

HI there
I have Win 7, 64 bit 16 gig memory with Nvidia Gt430 with driver 314.22 (25/03/2013)
I get a error in the taskbar "error in Kernel module, unexpected error, but Nvidia has rectified itself" The screen flashes every now and then.

I have uninstalled the driver, tried old drivers, run driver scanner , updated my bios etc....still the screen flashes with the error on the taskbar now and then????

Any advice??
