Hi there

I'm looking at getting another 3 x 23.6" screens for nvidia surround. Not the 3d surround just 2d. My pc specs are in my sig so just check there.

I'm running a 1.25GB GTX 570. I'm a bit worried that my memory will not be enough. so will my performance be ok with 3 screens.

Regards

Performance depends on the game... 2 x 570's should give you a nice frame rate.

Well, you cannot run 3 screens off one nVidia card, unless it is a dual-GPU card...

Doubt you'll have enough VRAM to run 3 screens nicely
And if that doesnt bring the whole setup crashing down, be ready to drop a couple of settings. With all settings near/at max you're looking at roughly 35fps, but like I said, the VRAM will kill you first most likely

2x screens? With the middle of the field of view being obscured by the screen's frames? Fail?

Sorry type error. updated my first post. I also think 3 screens is a bit much for my card. I also think that's where nvidia is falling a bit behind.

I'm sure I have seen a fewGtx 570 in the wild with 3gb atleast.

I realise that but said nvidia is falling behind in that department, I don't think they are.

What i mean is the stock standard cards only comes with 1.25GB of memory and that's not enough for 3 screens.
