Nzb problem

I hope someone can help me

I am on openweb and make use of the IS news server. I make use of AltBinz, however when I queue nzb's they keep downloading, for hours, however the nzb status stays on 0% permanently. I tried to install GrabIt and grabit downloads the individual threads till 100% and then says "Article Downloaded" and pauses like that. :erm:

Just for information sake. I have alot of freespace( a couple of hundred gig) open on the drive that is being downloaded to so it cant be that.

In terms of AltBinz setting I used :

Server: news.is.co.za
Port: 119
Threads: 5
Select group : Enabled
Article CMD : Enabled


If anyone is able to help me it would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for the replies guys.

SABnzbd seems to work great and on top of it I can keep an eye on my downloads via my phone(wireless) while in my lounge watching tv
