A decent alternative is NZB.su and this is the only one I am aware of that has Sickbeard integration.
It seems like the others have all shutdown or don't have the Sickbeard integration,which for me is a must.

Nzbsa also has sickbeard integration.
(add on as a custom news provider)

Tested this morning and it works fine.

Couchpotato doesn't have an option for customised news sites, or not that I can see anyway. You can only use the included options and NZBSA is not one of them , neither is newztown
