You could always rather register at http://www.nzbsrus.com/ (its international BUT read on), download whatever nzb's from the site you're looking for, and then switch to local <--magic happens now. That website has a lot more nzbs than nzbsa, A LOT more.

I still prefer www.nzbmatrix.com above all the other NZB sites. I have to add that nzbsa sometimes list the content before nzbmatrix is listing it on their site.

Firefox has plugins with NZB download link integration, which can send then links to SABnzbd, or you can get a VIP account at nzbmatrix and then let SABnzbd add a download icon to nzbmatrix by using their API.
