There is no chance in hell of Obama beating McCain. The Dems have picked just about the only candidate that can lose to McCain. While it is fine to say that Obama is the lesser of two evils. At the end of the day, one needs to pick the candidate who will win. The popular vote is just about even. Obama almost whitewashed Clinton in the 14 caucasus which favour his voter base so we have no idea what sort of general representation he has in those states. He is presently getting support from the liberals, black voters and the youth and how many of those are republican members? It would hazzard a guess that he may pick up about 20%-30% more voters in the election (above what he got in the dem primaries) and the rest are going to McCain or not voting. Be prepared for another 4 years of republican rule.
