I wanna get objectdock and just like to know if it eats RAM or what? Ever since I saw it on a friends computer I love the way it looks. If I do decide to install it, whats you guys favourite object dock skin?

I don't like these types of apps, like you say they chow RAM ;) and cpu power and it's a drag on system files and and and.... :D

Well my my comp is better than my friends one but I couldn't notice any slow down or anything but I just thought any of you guys that use it could tell me if it chows the RAM:) My previous experience with windows blinds was not too pretty though..

It takes about 8MB RAM. For the convenience it provides (instant shortcuts), its a small price to pay.

Enjoy.

K cmon man post a screenshot of which one you got..I need a (skin?) which has nice folder icons, a photoshop cs2 icon, office icons, firefox, ie6, winamp, utorrent etc...

Got object dock plus and everything is still running smoothly on my laptop, think its because i have 1024 ram? So yes very cool app.....

I cant quite put my finger on it but it but something about it looks so familiar . . . :p

EDIT - I'm not making a serious comparison between this and OsX's Dock. Copying functionality means the consumer benefits. :)
