OC advice/guidelines

I noticed my mobo supports DDR2 1066(OC) so wanting to know what i use or where i do the settings to OC my ram from 800 - 1066. They are COrsair Low Latency RAM chips with quite big heat sinks on them.

Also wanting to OC my PhII as its running at 29 degrees so i think i can push it more.
