How much of your day are you occupied (As a %) and which hourly rate do you fall into. Please note occupancy here is defined as productively working. Casually staring at your work is not occupied .

1: R0 - R50
2: R50 - R100
3: R100 - R200
4: R200+

eg:

Occupied: 60%
Band 3

[Sample data only]

If you don't want to specify hourly rate just give occupancy. Note this excludes lunch/tea

R30 an hour
Occupied: 95% and start work an hour earlier then I should daily and have taken 1 lunch break in 3 weeks

Band 3
Occupied 20% of the day.

Band 3
With some exceptions I work the full 8 hours non-stop (And monitor it with a program called klok2 :p). So that's 50% of my day.

Sadly another roughly 20% of my day is wasted driving to/from work. Fulltime job so this is not billable or counted.

This is weekdays only of course.

On the presumption that I am awake at 6am and asleep at 10pm then the time I have to play with is 16hours.
I would then spend about 30% of my awake day at band3 and another 15% at band4
