Oceans Hotel Invest

I invested 1000 till this day i havnt received any communication until i threatned to expose them on social media . I was promised a return of 2250 after 6 years . When its time to pay out they do not answer calls or reply to emails
 
How do we go about exposeing these people imagine how many people invested in this . Ive been trying to get hold o journalist to investigate this

But a proposed investment structure to raise funding through normal retail investors, no syndication no formal funding structure in place (in my opinion) with construction and issues with the construction Forums running amuck in KZN for local employment, delays and capital issues

My last two cents on this. The hotel group is based on dividends being generated via rentals or occupancy. Yet average occupancy in KZN regionals is sitting below 60%

I expect them to run out of funding rather soon,

The post above is a rather good one. Talk to me when construction is completed and tenants/visitors have significantly improved occupancy before you believe dividends will be payable on your investment.

None the less good luck, let us know! I am very interested to see where this particular investment is 3 years from now. Or rather 12-18 months

Did they even build the hotel?

Did you not understand the concept of they are using your money to build a hotel? If there is a successful hotel then you can expect seeing returns, but if the project failed then your money is gone.

It would only be a scam if they never even attempted to build the thing.
 
am trying get news 24 on board to assist with investigating if this is a scam or not if anyone has purchased these shares and hasn't herd from these people please let me know . the more people i get the stronger my case is .

I am still here - and unlike many people around here, I am pretty clued-up, this was not a scam. I got offered an opportunity to re-invest and I took it. A quick desktop research will show you that the project on the basis of which people made investments did go ahead and it was launched. Read up a little
 
i wanted to see they blocked me and ignoring my emails and text now . the guy goes by the name of brian
. they promised to refund me even now am being ignored and they offered me 1000 extra when i opted to sell my shares so when its time to make payment i was blocked

Interesting info thanks when I tried to look them up last as ocean invest hotels or whatever it was called I got nothing. Im not invested in this scheme so did not really care to dig too deep.

Would be interesting to see if you actually start getting returns or what they give now as the net asset value of your share.
 
i tried the fsca they say they don't deal with shares so am going thru the bccsa because suddenly computer share knows nothing about these shares
