Ocotel speed upgrades

At first the techs wanted to troubleshoot, but eventually they asked me to reboot ONT and router and speed was upgraded.
They still have to enable it on their side, Octotel's side is done.

"Hi, please kindly note that the free double upgrades are done in a slow phased approach due to the number of clients on the octotel network so they are not done all at once, if yours is not completed yet we will flag it with them and you will be updated via email".

Faircom has also confirmed that they will be participating and will communicate to clients in the next week.
