Hey,

About 2 weeks ago, in June, i got capped before the end of the month for the first time in AGES. I was on a mission to kill my cap before i left for an oversees trip so i could start off fresh and hopefully see if iBurst were infact screwing my over as i suspected.

On the 27 th of June i unplugged my modem and left for an oversees trip for 2 weeks. I returned today to find that 50 megs of my cap had been used and that my speeds where amazingly slow.

After serveral resets, i still couldnt find the issue. My pings to myadsl.co.za and google.com were the same as they normally are and still my download speeds never exceeded 20k and browsing was impossible.

Could someone please inform me one what the hell just happened in the past 2 weeks. ?

What time were you doing these things? Usually speeds drop quite low during business hours then from 16:30 it speeds up gradually until late evening when you actually get close to 1mbps.

@Donovan : At about 5 pm till about 10 pm i had difficulties and it never changed. I could hardly do anything, so i resigned myself to sleep.

This was me last night... browsing was so slow, nothing was working so I just went to bed. Sucks to be us.

Yup. Sucks to be us. I really wish iBurst gave a ****. Maybe just maybe they could FIX THIS ***
