Only issue is I'd need to make up another short cable to do the second parallel vs the current setup...and me without a crimper

Out of interest with a 4 battery setup to make up 24v does it matter in which order you series and parallel the 4?

i.e create banks of 2x12v in parallel and then series them? OR series 2x12v and then parallel?

Mine for ref. As you can see I parallel'ed them and then series'ed

I think? You would still need to balance 2 banks regardless.
