I experienced the weirdest pain whilst camping: Note I had seen a fair amount of sun and used a few muscles that haven't been used for a while due to swimming.

I woke up with a head splitting headache a little behind my temples, this began to subside after a minute or 2 and moved to my arm which began to ache furiously, moving from my shoulder down to my forearm. This pain then began to subside and moved back to my head.

Repeat constantly - the pain was so severe I told the gf I might need to go to hospital - I then went to another camp site and asked for pain meds - they supplied me with 4 panados which took the edge off the pain and I was able to sleep.

In the morning it was gone although I can still feel a slight discomfort in my arm.

Has anyone else experienced traveling pains like this? Should I see a doc?

Probably pain from change of temperature.

Sounds like Ebola to me.

Did anything you do aggravate it? (Like moving your arm, tilting your head etc.)

probably tension around the upper back and neck ... get it checked
