I just got an unshaped account to test international gaming. Basically EQ2. Obviously I won't have EQ2 for about a week still so I haven't tested it yet. BUT, unshaped pings are definitely the same / slightly better than ISDN. Played on some DoD servers with pings ranging from about 200 - 300 depending on the server. Also got the same sort of thing playing SW Battlefront (That we should get for SAIX).
Doing normal pings, looks something like this (to Camelot Herald - this was always our standard ping test when playing Dark Age of Camelot)::
Shaped

Significant difference for a MMORPG gamer.
I'll let y'all know how it works out with EQ2.
