Off-Shore Banking

Hi guys,

If I wanted to go into Off-Shore Banking..which countries should I keep my funds and exactly what are the pro's of keeping my money in said accounts?
Just wondering..

Also interested to know. Something flexible that allows you to transfer say smallish amounts of R10,000 at a time. Denominated in pounds sterling or euros - and have the ability to transfer from there to pay accounts or draw cash.

Moving money from the states into that account and sending it here. For some reason my bosses can't transfer the money into my local account
