12 000 dollars an hour is a bit low.

Send them an e-mail asking for a better offer.
 
These scammers are amateurish. $12000 a month (not per hour) would have been more believable.
 
Need to give some background it seems.

The offer is real. Received from HR. Legit.
It was sent to the wrong recipient because the names were similar.
Area of responsibility is all of Europe and Eurasia.
I cannot reveal more unfortunately without revealing the company involved.
 
So you accepted then? Seems like the offer of a lifetime, at 12,000 Aussie dollars per hour
