Office 365 and cloud file storage

I'm looking to move a company of approx 34 users from in-house exchange server to office 365. They have an in-house MS file server also accessible via VPN , and I would also like to move this to the cloud.

Any ideas on which cloud file sharing system would play nicely with office 365. Would skydrive be an option for storing sensitive corporate data?

Sharepoint or Sky drive pro which has 25GB of storage space included with Office365

O365 comes with SkyDrive Pro that the users can access via the client or SharePoint
